II. Objectives—each student will be able to:

  1. Describe the executive powers the President.
  2. Explain how the powers of the President have been expanded.

III. Content and Strategies:

A. Introduction

Short review of last lesson.

B. Body

  1. Students are to write their answers to the question sheets The United States Constitution, Article II using any full text book copy of The Constitution of The United States of America.
  2. Students are to create a chart showing the areas in which the Presidential powers have expanded. See Table page two. PDF format.

C. Evaluation

Students' work will be evaluated.
